OSPREY 3P GROUP 2 OR 3 MULTI-ROLE UAV

Osprey 3P is a UAV featuring a high-wing, dual-geometry chord pusher configuration with a twin-tail boom empennage and an H-tail. The aircraft is powered by a 9.5 HP DA-100 twin-boxer engine designed and manufactured by Desert Aircraft Engines. Onboard electrical systems are open-source systems, such as Cube Orange+ (or Cube Blue) Here3 GPS (or Here PRO GPS), RFD900x, MicroHard, Silvus, Mesh Rider, Jeti.
The entire system is designed to be modular and accept any electronic and avionics systems or sub-systems, desired by the customer. To achieve faster speeds and or higher payload capabilities, we can deliver this aircraft with either a DA-150cc with 17 HP, or a NW230 Multi-Fuel Engine with 18 HP, or a Turbine. The JetCat P160 RXiB, is a great turbine capable of propelling this UAV to speeds well beyond standard.
Being designed as a multi-role UAV, the primary payload and function can be determined by the customer. The internal payload bay measures 812 mm x 298 mm x 184 mm, or 32” x 11.75” x 7.25”.
The aircraft is originally designed around fixed tricycle landing gear system to be recoverable, with takeoffs intended to be from an improved or unimproved runway. Landings are intended to be on an improved or unimproved runway. For one-way missions and loitering munition applications, the landing gear system can be omitted or removed from the system to allow the UAV to be catapult launchable. This system can be delivered with a catapult launch system or landing gear system.
A fielded Osprey 3P system would require 1-2 people to assemble and launch/recover and operate it. This would depend on the unit configuration and its mission.
